Dr James Noyes is a researcher and policy expert specialising in gambling regulation and reform. He is a former advisor to the Labour Party, and has served as a Senior Fellow at the Social Market Foundation think tank, where his work has focused on gambling policy, regulation and the prevention of gambling-related harm.
